Less than a week after being discharged from the hospital following surgery to relieve bleeding-related pressure on his brain, former President Jimmy Carter returned to the hospital over the weekend for treatment of a urinary track infection, spokeswoman Deanna Congileo said Monday. 'He is feeling better and looks forward to returning home soon,' she added. 'We will issue a statement when he is released for further rest and recovery at home.'
